Payment options

Credit Card & PayPal:

When you make a pur­chase using Credit Card or PayPal, you are mo­men­tarily con­nected to the safe mPAY24 or PayPal web site during checkout. Once you com­plete your trans­ac­tion at this site you will au­to­mat­i­cally be re­turned to Desk-up.

 

Pay­ment by in­voice / Bank transfer:

If you choose pay­ment by in­voice, you will re­ceive an in­voice and a pay­ment form with all nec­es­sary bank data along with your ship­ment. Pay­ment is due within 14 days of the date of in­voice.

 

Once you have suc­cess­fully placed your order you will re­ceive a con­fir­ma­tion email con­taining all order de­tails. If you have any fur­ther ques­tions con­cerning the pay­ment don´t he­si­tate to con­tact us.

Business order

In the case of sales to com­pa­nies within the Eu­ro­pean Union, no sales tax (VAT) will be in­cluded pro­vided that the VAT Iden­ti­fi­ca­tion Number is quoted; such en­ter­prises will in­stead be obliged to pay the sales tax in their state of domi­cile. Just enter your valid VAT number when reg­is­tering in the shop.

We offer you a gift-wrap­ping ser­vice with an ex­clu­sive wrap­ping paper. Simply check the box next to “Gift Ser­vice” during your reg­is­tra­tion. Ad­di­tion­ally you can type the text for a greeting card in the box below. You will see your text mes­sage in your con­fir­ma­tion e-mail as well. At the next step you can choose a sep­a­rate ship­ping ad­dress. The in­voice will be sent di­rectly to you (billing ad­dress). No ad­di­tional costs to you!
